Refund Review

Once the returned item arrives, TÜRAK checks its condition and confirms whether it meets the return requirements. The customer is then informed whether the refund has been approved or declined.

Refund Amount

For an approved return without a product fault, the refundable amount equals the value paid for the returned item, less the applicable return shipping fee. No additional return or handling deduction is applied. The exact deduction and the expected net refund are communicated before the return is confirmed.

Wrong or Defective Item

When the return results from a wrong, defective or damaged item confirmed as TÜRAK’s responsibility, the customer receives a full refund without any return shipping deduction.

Refund Timing

After the returned item passes inspection, the approved refund is initiated within 3–7 working days. The time required for the amount to appear in the customer’s account may vary depending on the bank or payment provider.

Refund Method

Online payments are refunded through the original payment method whenever possible. For cash-on-delivery orders, the refund is transferred through the approved method agreed with the customer, such as a bank account or InstaPay account held in the customer’s name.

Rejected Returns

If the item does not meet the return conditions because it was used, washed, altered or damaged by the customer, no refund is issued. The customer is responsible for the collection fee and, if they want the item returned, the new delivery fee.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

سياسة استرداد الأموال

 

مراجعة طلب الاسترداد

بعد وصول المنتج المرتجع، تقوم TÜRAK بفحص حالته والتأكد من مطابقته لشروط الاسترجاع. بعد ذلك يتم إبلاغ العميل بقبول طلب استرداد الأموال أو رفضه.

قيمة المبلغ المسترد

في حالة قبول استرجاع منتج لا يوجد به عيب، يكون المبلغ المسترد هو القيمة المدفوعة للمنتج المرتجع بعد خصم رسوم شحن الاسترجاع المطبقة فقط. لا يتم خصم أي رسوم إضافية للاسترجاع أو المناولة. يتم توضيح قيمة الخصم وصافي المبلغ المتوقع للعميل قبل تأكيد طلب الاسترجاع.

المنتج الخطأ أو المعيب

عندما يكون الاسترجاع بسبب منتج خاطئ أو معيب أو تالف وثبت أن المسؤولية تقع على TÜRAK، يحصل العميل على استرداد كامل دون خصم رسوم شحن الاسترجاع.

مدة استرداد الأموال

بعد اجتياز المنتج المرتجع للفحص، يتم بدء عملية استرداد المبلغ المعتمد خلال 3–7 أيام عمل. وقد تختلف مدة ظهور المبلغ في حساب العميل حسب البنك أو مزود خدمة الدفع.

طريقة استرداد الأموال

يتم رد المدفوعات الإلكترونية من خلال وسيلة الدفع الأصلية كلما كان ذلك ممكناً. أما طلبات الدفع عند الاستلام، فيتم تحويل المبلغ من خلال وسيلة معتمدة يتم الاتفاق عليها مع العميل، مثل حساب بنكي أو حساب InstaPay باسم العميل.

طلبات الاسترجاع المرفوضة

إذا لم يستوفِ المنتج شروط الاسترجاع بسبب استخدامه أو غسله أو تعديله أو إتلافه من جانب العميل، فلن يتم رد قيمته. ويتحمل العميل رسوم استلام المنتج، وكذلك رسوم إعادة توصيله إذا رغب في استلامه مرة أخرى.
